Cornflake Crunch Cookies

Imagine this, everything you love about your cereal bowl in a portable cookie form. These cookies will take you down memory lane with a sweet memory in each bite. The star in it is of course the cornflake crunch, it's an addictive snack all on it's own!! So without further ado let's get baking!!

The longer you keep the dough in the freezer, the cookie will spread less while baking. So if you are freezing the dough for a longer time (i.e. a week or month) place the cookie dough on the baking tray and let it thaw out for 25 mins before baking. If not your end product will be a chunky and thick cookie. (not that there's anything wrong with that)
