How can brioche be served?

Warm brioche, in it's simplest form, with a little bit of honey is divine! You can also simply toast it and serve as it is with coffee or add a topping of your choice such as:

Berries and cream

Chocolate sauce

Peanut butter

Biscoff spread

It can also be served with English breakfast!

What are the other uses for brioche bread?

Use the brioche slices for French toast, make it into a Croque Monsieur or Madam. It can even be used as a base for Bruschetta. It also goes perfectly with soups.

You can also sheet out the dough and add a savoury filling of your choice and turn them into brioche knots! Pro tip: try a garlic filling, brioche garlic knots are simply divine!

Be it sweet or savoury there is simply no wrong ways to use the brioche loaf.
