Rich yet light, these madeleines are easy to make. Served best fresh out of the oven and it will disappear within minutes specially if there are little ones running around, big or small we all love a good little treat to sneak in around the evening times right?! So here's an easy recipe to satisfy those cake cravings. Let's get Baking!

You can incorporate melted chocolate 30g and coffee 1/4 tsp into the batter to make it richer.

Decorating ideas

  • You can dip it in melted chocolate and cover with toasted almonds, peanuts

  • Pour melted chocolate on the madeleine mold and place the cakes on top, cool completely and it will create a beautiful chocolate shell.
