Churros!

Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside; churros are something no one can resist! This traditional Spanish dessert comes in all shapes and sizes and can be paired with any kind of crazy topping that you want. Today, however, I am going to keep it simple and stick with the classic combination of cinnamon sugar with a chocolate dipping sauce.
Churros are basically fried choux batter. Other than some minor changes to the recipe, the process of making the batter is identical. I have come across many recipes but this one is the best one by far! These fresh homemade churros are simply the best out there and are guaranteed to disappear faster than you can fry them! So, let's get frying!

Can these be made into chocolate churros?
Yes, simply use 1 cup flour and instead of the extra tablespoon of flour, use cocoa powder. This will make the batter a little bitter so make sure to add an extra tablespoon of sugar.
