Here's how to make those muffins you love to eat from your favorite bake shop. They a moist, soft and filled with tiny morsels of dark chocolate spread throughout the muffin. These actually stay moist even on the 3rd day after been baked (if they last that long that is!) There's no fancy method to it, just the ratios and ingredients must be used accordingly.

Can we add fresh berries into the batter?

Yes, you can add fresh or frozen berries into the batter.

Is vegetable oil and melted butter interchangeable?

No, the texture which vegetable oil or any other neutral oil gives is different from butter.

since butter contains dairy it changes the final outcome of the muffin. You can use it, but as I mentioned above, the product will look and taste different (it will taste more like a cupcake rather than a muffin)
