If you've been wanting to get into the healthy wagon, here's the perfect opportunity. Let's start with small changes like your breakfast habits. This cookie recipe is much like a healthy granola bar except it's much easier to make and probably won't cost you an arm and a leg to make them.
I love oats for breakfast, and when I say oats I don't mean plain oats with milk and sugar. I love adding toppings that are naturally sweet and has a lot of flavor and nutrition to keep me going until lunch. So I decided to turn it into a cookie recipe so that I can make it ahead of time and avoid having to clean pots and pans in the morning. No matter how early you wake up there's always a bit of a rush towards the end.
So let's get baking!

P.S. You can add or remove any of the flavor nuggets (last 4 ingredients on the list) and add in whatever you prefer.

Was super easy to put together and I had a lot of fun making these. Everyone in the family enjoyed them, specially my sister who usually hates oatmeal cookies since there are raisins in them. But this was approved!😋
