No matter who we are we have one thing in common, we all love to snack on crunchy stuff. The only downside to snacking however is that not all snacks are healthy for you. So if you want to enjoy a great snack without the guilt of being unhealthy, this recipe is for you! Crispy, crunchy and seed topped; you will simply not be able to stop reaching for more.


We can make these dangerously addictive crackers with a couple of ingredients you may already have in your pantry! If you are also a sourdough enthusiast, this recipe is a real humdinger! The intense aroma and flavor of sourdough brings a surprisingly pleasant taste to what might otherwise be a normal cracker. Dip these in some delicious hummus for a great vegan snack. So let's get baking!

What is the shelf life on these?

These last a good week in an airtight container, but I highly doubt that they will last any longer than a day. In our case, it was gone in 5 minutes!!

Can we use one kind of flour instead of two?

Yes, of course you can. If you aren't a fan of all purpose flour or whole wheat. You can substitute it with any flour that you are comfortable using. But if it is a hydrophilic flour, you will have to add extra moisture, and use at least one kind of flour that contains gluten.
