Strawberries and Cream cake

The classic strawberries and cream combination is so satisfying. But because it is always hot and humid where I am right now I'm going to change it up and make a marshmallow or meringue like cream which is not overly sweet to go with tangy and sour strawberries.


There are three layers of Genoise sponge drizzled in lime simple syrup, sandwiched with cream and strawberries! Super light and delicious
