Strawberry Blondies

Soft, moist and dense blondies paired with lemon and strawberries which tantalizes your taste buds. If you like how brownies taste, this is pretty much the same but with white chocolate. And since white chocolate is milky and sweet the sour strawberries cut through it perfectly.

Can melted margarine be used instead of butter?

Yes, it can be. The taste and look would be a bit different but it will taste good. Please use real butter to make burnt butter there is no substitute.
