What other fruits can be used?

Ideally, blueberries are the go-to berry, but any kind of berry can be used. And not only those even pineapples, citrus fruit, or even peaches would work great. Some might need to be prepared differently rather than using them as they are.

Can we reduce the amount of sugar?

I wouldn't recommend reducing more than 25g from the base recipe
