Super soft, fluffy, and full of buttery garlic flavor and aroma; these garlic knots are the perfect way to use up leftover bits of pizza dough! Garlic knots are a classic Italian pizza snack, primarily found in New York City and are rumored to have been around since the 1940s. This recipe will show you how to make these garlic knots from scratch but you can use store-bought/ pre-made pizza dough and just follow the instructions.

Chewy, and almost sour with a crusty outside and light as air within; you'll find yourself reaching for another without thinking. Serve them up with some marinara sauce for the ultimate snack. So be warned: make twice as many as you'll think you'll need and you will knot be disappointed!

So let's get baking!
